4,640. Jul 26, 2021. #1. Hello. I have an Asus Strix Z270E Gaming MOBO with built-in Bluetooth. I am on Windows 10 Pro x64. I was trying to activate BLE on a VirtualBox Linux (Guest) until Bluetooth disappeared from Device Manager. I am 100% positive that I have built-in Bluetooth because I've used it to connect an Xbox Controller to my PC.
I tried to uninstall the driver, but I don't see it in my Device manager anymore. I also tried to re-instal the latest Intel Bluetooth Driver file from the MSI support page. The "Bluetooth" option is still not visible in my PC Set
FIXED: Solution was to shut down the computer. Flip PSU to off. Remove power cable from the back of the PSU. Wait 2-5 minutes. Plug cable back in. Turn on PSU. Power on computer. This worked. I have no idea why. Multiple other users online had the same success with these techniques.
The WIFI adapter is working tho. What i have tried so far: - Installing the Ethernet Drivers provided by MSI. Installs fine and the Installation Wizard even tells me that the Adapter is found and configured. - Installing MSI Central to auto-update any drivers. - Using custom drivers, especially older ones. - Enabling the network stack option in
