It is (imo) the best way to get into the game from scratch and/or build a cohesive deck from a sealed product. TBH the last few structure decks since Cyberse Link have been very weak compared to game shifting SDs like Dinosaurs, DDDs (for the one weekend they were meta), and Kaiba. Otherwise, grabbing singles might be better off. Also, if you plan on playing more than one deck then getting more cards because of the structure deck might make it easier.
