The euro m3 motor is a totally different beast than the US m3 motor. No real way you could "convert" it to euro spec. Euro motor would be better compared to an s54. I've read the euro M3 e36 is also 6 speed plus duo vanos like the M3 E46. I would say you would need to take a US E46 M3 and put in E36 M3.
